Reading stuff, listening to professionals and after having lots of discussions with yourself and people surrounding you, if you make any point out of it, you feel good. Reading more about people, about the factors making them behave the way they do, learning communities, you think you know them. Unfortunately, you are nowhere close to reality, the situation when they behave differently to you, instead of eating those theories to think in depth, you start behaving like one. That’s where humanity lies ultimately, reading, learning and applying on others is one thing but thinking around and staying calm in such situations is different. Your behaviour changes like how they are reacting not otherwise, being a wisest of all and calmly handle it. Later you will sit back and realise the scenario with those theories, by the time you have lost an opportunity to act wisely. I tell you people are interesting, think of them as subjects, not as an enemy or someone willing to hurt you. Behaving the same way it is destined is not your piece of cake, you are learning to change the ‘destiny’ not to be a part of the same.
